About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. A solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices, familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools, and a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams are also essential.
