Position Summary

Purflux Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production requirements, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems and cycle counting activities.
• Stage materials for production and ensure timely replenishment of production areas.
• Perform routine inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse, logistics, and production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb as needed.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
