The Opportunity
Responsibilities of this career opportunity include performing patient intake and reception duties. Typical duties include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, greeting and checking in patients, interviewing patients to complete intake documents, taking payments, insurance and data verification, and accurate preliminary data entry. Other duties include answering and directing telephone calls, making telephone calls for scheduling and outreach, and maintaining records and transmitting correspondence. Occasional travel is required.

This career opportunity requires:
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One (1) year experience in a medical and/or dental, preferred
- One (1) year experience in office support, clerical, or reception
- Associate degree in business or office technology and medical office experience, preferred.
