General StatementUnder the general direction of the Human Resource Coordinator, this position is responsible for administering various Human Resources programs including administrative human resource support services, recruitment, selection, on-boarding and talent management. Duties and Responsibilities
Position requires knowledge and use of typical office equipment including telephone, copiers, fax machines, and personal computer.
This position requires frequent contact with clinic employees and occasional contact with community service agencies and citizens.
Position may require occasional visits to other sites.
- Work with Human Resource Coordinator and Leadership team in all aspects of recruitment and selection process
- Research and recommend new and creative methods to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to identify talent.
- Work with directors, managers and supervisors in developing interview questions
- Conducts reference checks
- Writes offer letters to the successful candidates based
- Assist with developing and implementing new employee orientations
- Assist with benefits administration
- Develop and edit job descriptions as needed.
- Maintain employee personnel records; collect and update employee information as needed.
- Assist in the development of Human Resources office procedures and policies.
- Maintain records and employee personnel files
- Responsible for credentialing new providers and re-credential existing employees.
- Monitor and update employee training and certification records
- May assist with employee trainings
- Perform general office and administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications - Experience & EducationThe knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, public relations, human resources or related field and
- One (1) year of experience working in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Experience working in a medical or clinical office preferred.Knowledge Skills & Abilities
