Position
Great opportunity for Customer Service Representatives, Tech Support Representatives and Sales Representatives serving wireless phone service customers. Our associates respond to incoming calls from customers to start or change service; purchase phones or plans; assist with features, service or billing issues; resolve technical issues and identify or maximize sales opportunities. Work at home potential after training for candidates in designated cities within Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.

Traits, Skills & Experience Required
- 1 year or more stable work history
- 6 months or more customer service experience
- Call center/contact center experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, clear and pleasant voice
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Must have smart phone & high speed internet*
- Solid problem solving, trouble shooting skills
- Excellent PC/Technology skills
- Accurately type 35 WPM or greater, capturing call detail
- Ability to multi-task with detail and accuracy
- Available to work 12:30 PM to 9 PM weekdays
- Available to work 2:30 PM to 11 PM weekdays
- Available to work 10:30 AM to 7 PM Saturday's
- Available to work 12 PM to 9 PM Sunday's
- Weekday/Weekend/Holiday availability as required
- 4 day workweek potential
- Team player with high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet key metrics and targets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Wireless experience desirable, but not required
- Consistent dependability with attendance and performance
- 18 years of age or older & reside in eligible city and state
- Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility
