Job Overview
PureStrike Golf is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Golf Coach to join our team at our state-of-the-art indoor golf facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with players of varying ages and skill levels, with a focus on providing individualized instruction. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons using our Uneekor simulator technology, helping players improve their skills, and fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. The Golf Coach will also have the opportunity to expand into club fitting and equipment sales through our partnerships with Srixon and Avoda.
Duties
- Provide individualized golf instruction for juniors and adults using Uneekor launch monitors and swing analysis tools.
- Develop tailored lesson plans to address each student’s goals, swing mechanics, and performance needs.
- Teach students how to understand simulator data and apply it to their on-course play.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging environment for all participants.
- Assist in introducing players to club fitting and equipment recommendations through PureStrike’s brand partners.
- Collaborate with PureStrike staff to maintain consistency in coaching methods and overall customer experience.
- Support the growth of PureStrike’s programming, with potential to lead group clinics or special events as needed.
- Track student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback to encourage improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in golf instruction or coaching is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with launch monitor technology (Uneekor or similar) is highly desirable.
- PGA/USGTF certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of golf swing fundamentals, course management, and practice techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to creating a positive and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Willingness to learn and participate in club fitting and equipment sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students’ progress effectively.
