Job Summary
PureSky Solar & Electric is growing, and we're looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team.
We're a locally owned electrical contractor specializing in residential, commercial, agricultural, solar, and standby generator installations. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, treating customers right, and building a team that enjoys coming to work every day.
Schedule
- Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday)
- 40 hours per week
- An occasional Friday may be required based on workload or project schedules
- Overtime opportunities available as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform residential, commercial, and agricultural electrical installations
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform service work
- Install standby generators and transfer switches
- Install solar electrical systems (training available if needed)
- Lead projects and mentor apprentices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience reading blueprints and electrical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
