Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safe and hygienic environments.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and applying floor finishing treatments to preserve flooring quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory checks of cleaning supplies and coordinating with team members

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards is advantageous.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks as required for moving furniture or equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures ensures optimal performance in the role.
