The Key Account Sales Manager/Director will be responsible for selling Pantasy and Puremind's SKUs into Walmart. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling consumer products, ideally in the toy or hobby sector, and possess strong relationships with key buyers in Walmart. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, booking meetings, and conducting sales discovery to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
What you will do:
1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, especially Walmart.
2.Execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
3.Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the retail sector.
4.Book and conduct meetings with key buyers and decision-makers.
5.Lead sales discovery processes to understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
6.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product delivery.
7.Contribute to defining and improving sales materials, processes, and operations as the company grows and evolves.
8.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
What we look for:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in selling consumer products, preferably toys or hobby-related products, into major retail accounts, especially Walmart.
3.Strong relationships with key buyers in retail chains such as Walmart, Target, Costco and etc.,.
4.Excellent prospecting, meeting booking, and sales discovery skills.
5.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emerging company environment.
6.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

8.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
