Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We are looking for someone with experience. If you have no experience we are willing to train the right person. We are looking to expand and would like someone who can grow with us. This will start as a part time job and you will gain hours as we gain new clients.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot cleanliness issues.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
