Construction Estimator / Cost Estimator (Public Infrastructure)

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Estimator / Cost Estimator role, based in Seattle, WA. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for public infrastructure projects, performing quantity take-offs, and managing budgets to ensure projects align with financial objectives. The Construction Estimator will collaborate with teams, review project blueprints and specifications, analyze project requirements, and participate in bid preparation. The role also requires clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Strong expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting for complex projects
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for construction estimation
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Knowledge of public infrastructure projects and industry standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
