What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the primary on-site leader responsible for both customer experience and property performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers choose the right storage solution and closing rentals
- Following up on leads and maintaining strong occupancy
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Processing payments and managing accounts
- Maintaining a clean, secure, well-run facility
- Enforcing policies with confidence and professionalism
- Tracking performance and managing records using property management software
