Residential House Cleaner – 1099 Independent Contractor

About the Position
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented residential cleaner to join our cleaning business as a 1099 independent contractor.
Our cleaners work independently in clients’ homes and are expected to provide high-quality, detailed cleaning while treating every home and client with respect.
Training Provided
No previous professional cleaning experience is required if you are willing to learn and work hard.
New contractors will receive paid training at an hourly rate while learning our cleaning process, expectations, and quality standards. Training will continue until you are able to consistently meet our standards independently.
Once training is completed, regular cleaning assignments will be paid on a piece-rate basis rather than hourly.
How Pay Works
Cleaning assignments are paid per completed home.
The contractor receives a percentage of the revenue from each cleaning. The exact piece rate for each job will be communicated before the cleaning begins.
This allows you the opportunity to work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean residential homes according to our company standards
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces
- Pay close attention to detail
- Respect clients’ homes and belongings
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
- Communicate promptly regarding scheduling and completed work
- Consistently meet our cleaning and quality standards

Background Check Required
Because our contractors will be entering clients’ homes, all applicants must complete a background check as part of the hiring process.

Important
