Salary $90,000 - 95,000 Bonus
We are looking for an Regional Manager to join our Team! As an integral part of the PureGym leadership team, the Regional Manager plays a critical role in driving high performance and high engagement across their region.
Activities to include:
Leadership
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Multi-Site Cluster Managers to effectively guide Cluster Managers, Gym Managers and their teams in delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Drive engagement and performance across the region by fostering a culture aligned with the PureGym core values.
Strategy
• Identify and execute commercial and operational opportunities to support regional growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
Performance
• Monitor, analyze, and drive regional performance through effective P&L management.
• Set clear expectations and communicate direction to ensure teams consistently outperform the competition.
Growth
• Take ownership of new location performance while increasing volume and profitability across all sites.
• Build strong succession plans through targeted talent development to support ongoing regional expansion.
Operational Management
• Ensure compliance and high-quality execution of all operational standards across the region.
• Deliver consistent execution of the operating model, maintaining best-in-class standards that enhance member experience and prioritize safety.
• Ensure all refurbs across the region are managed effectively by the gym team to mitigate impact to members.
Business Partnering
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support sustained regional performance and collaboration.

- Experienced in multi-site management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of both commercial and operational excellence, with the ability to execute strategic plans effectively.
