Smoothie Shop Team Member / Barista (Line Staff)

Essential Function

To maintain the warmest and sincere level of hospitably ensuring every guest feels cared for. To elevate all aspects of the operation to the highest quality levels possible. Maintain a positive, inspiring working environment with 100% compliance of all company standard operating procedures.

Ensuring we produce the highest quality smoothies and acai bowls and that is consistent, properly portioned and tastes amazing!

Maintaining a clean and welcoming appearance at all times.

Broad Scope Responsibilities:

Serve acai bowls, smoothies, cold pressed juices & wellness shots, toasts, oatmeal, and other menu items to customers

Maintain standards of excellence for all front-of-the house operations.

Maintain & adhere to the company’s SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and guidelines.

Maintain the business according to all federal, state and city laws and codes.

Professionally represent Pure Green to the San Diego community.

Effectively run store operation by being involved and hands-on fully engaged in:

· Flawless Execution of Line Operations

· Hospitality – fully engaged in service

· Cleanliness/sanitation and good condition of the physical property

Help promote the business through pop-ups and participating in social media videos

Operational Responsibilities:

Be fully engaged with the team by participating in:

· Daily pre-shift huddles with all staff

· Setting Revenue Goals and Achieving Daily Personal Goal

· Work seamless as part of the team and help co-workers in everyway possible

· Flawlessly execute proper portion size, consistency, the best taste speed in making smoothies and acai bowls.

· Ensure stock levels are completely restocked at the end of every shift

· Full engagement in greeting and welcoming guests—warm hello and warm goodbye

· Constant awareness of the guest experience.

Abide by all policies and dress codes.

Maintain all service, food and beverage quality standards.

Create a positive working environment based in respect; motivate all employees and initiate teamwork.

Maintain complete knowledge of:

• P.O.S. system and menu changes
• All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation and prices
