ROLE SUMMARY
The Crew Member plays an important role in delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance services. This position works alongside the Crew Leader and fellow team members to maintain commercial properties through mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and general landscape upkeep.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, works well in a team environment, and wants opportunities for growth within the landscaping industry.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Landscape Maintenance Operations
• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and power tools
• Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment onto trucks and trailers
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine equipment care
• Follow all company safety procedures and safe work practices
Teamwork & Communication
• Work closely with Crew Leaders and team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with team members and customers
• Be dependable, punctual, and prepared to work each day
• Assist where needed to help the team meet daily production goals
Customer Service & Professionalism
• Represent PureGreen professionally while on job sites and interacting with customers
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 1–2 years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
$16.00 – $19.00 per hour
