Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the beverage station, providing guidance and support to fellow baristas while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Beverage Mastery: Create and perfect a range of health-focused juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency in every serving
- Training and Development: Train new baristas on brewing techniques, customer service skills, and health-focused product knowledge to elevate the overall experience
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service, leading to returning patrons and positive community feedback
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the beverage station remains stocked and organized
- Extensive experience as a Barista with a thorough understanding of coffee and health-focused beverages
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role, demonstrating effective team management and training skills
- Passion for health and wellness, backed by knowledge of nutrition and beverage crafting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
