The Role: As a Media Performance Specialist, Enterprise, you own the day-to-day optimization of paid media campaigns for PureCars' largest enterprise client in Tier 3 Automotive Digital Advertising — partnering closely with Dealer Success and Media Strategy leadership to keep every campaign pacing, performing, and improving.

You Will Be:

• Partnering closely with Dealer Success Managers and dealership stakeholders to ensure paid campaigns are optimized and pacing correctly across all media platforms (examples include Google, Fluency, Meta, DV360, Microsoft, Amazon, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics continuously and implementing optimization tactics to maximize conversions and ROI
• Resolving and implementing budget recommendations, giving performance feedback by request
• Acting as an internal resource, surfacing insight on campaign performance to Dealer Success and leadership
• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across accounts, and recommending enhancements to campaign strategy
• Conducting thorough troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve campaign issues promptly
• Understanding each dealer's goals, objectives, and performance expectations to tailor recommendations accordingly
• Serving as the escalation point for at-risk performance issues on the account, coordinating with Dealer Success and Media Strategy leadership to diagnose root causes, realign strategy, and restore client confidence
• Reporting into the Director, Media Strategy, and collaborating with the broader Media Performance team
  
  
  

You Must Have:

• 5 years of experience with ad tech platforms; automotive, SaaS, or advertising industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Ads certification required (or obtained within first 30 days)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a positive, self-solving approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting performance insight to internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
