Managing Partner

Job Description: We are seeking motivated Owner-Operators to join our growing team of skilled technicians across the U.S. This is a commission-based opportunity with pre-scheduled appointments—no cold calling or door-to-door sales. As an Owner-Operator, you will deliver high-quality cleaning services while engaging customers, explaining solutions, and upselling additional services. This position is ideal for driven, professional technicians ready to grow while partnering with a trusted company.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Working van and approved equipment required
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs
• Exceptional communication skills
• Friendly, cooperative, and positive attitude
• Proven experience in sales and the following services:

Air duct cleaning

Dryer vent cleaning

Chimney cleaning

Carpet & upholstery cleaning

Pressure washing

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers
• Collaborate with a partner
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized vehicle
• Prepare service areas by moving furniture and following safety protocols
• Adhere to safety practices and industry standards at all facilities and job sites
• Deliver EXCELLENT customer service
• Must pass drug test and background check (no criminal record)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday (6 days a week)

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 4–6 appointments daily
• Time-sensitive start dates — applicants must be physically present in their service area

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From 2.400$ per week
