What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in duct and dryer vent cleaning (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services for residential and commercial clients
- Work independently or alongside a team member to complete jobs efficiently
- Assist lead technicians and anticipate job needs to keep workflows running smoothly
- Learn processes and techniques to grow into a leadership role
- Inform customers about additional services and solutions that meet their needs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of company vehicles
- Prepare workspaces by safely moving furniture and following proper procedures
- Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards on every job site
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
