What You Will Be Doing
Compensation Range: $75K - $110K

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of robust physical security protocols for our facility
- Oversee day-to-day physical security at Pure’s location, ensuring adherence to security standards and protocols
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure active surveillance and immediate response to incidents
- Supervise the inflow and outflow of all deliveries, verifying proper procedures and documentation are followed
- Work closely with staff and operations to maintain a secure environment and resolve any security concerns
- Train and guide team members on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct regular security audits and work with management to address any gaps
- Provide incident reporting and maintain security logs as required
- 5 years of relevant experience in physical security, facility protection, or law enforcement
- Strong knowledge of physical security technology such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm monitoring
- Excellent attention to detail, observant, and able to identify and address security risks quickly
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience developing and enforcing security protocols and procedures
- California Guard Card (current and valid)
- California Exposed Firearms Permit (current and valid)
- Valid Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit
