Pure Water Technology is looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses throughout our territory
- Speak with decision-makers and identify potential opportunities
- Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
- Navigate gatekeepers and confidently guide conversations
- Build rapport and create strong first impressions over the phone
- Introduce businesses to our water purification solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Track calls, notes, and opportunities in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable asking for the appointment and handling rejection
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Outlook, etc.)
- Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly base pay uncapped commission
- Average first-year earnings: $50,000–$80,000
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
- Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No nights or weekends
