What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operators position at Pure Wafer, Inc?
As part of our exciting expansion, we're looking to add talented, driven individuals to our team. We are currently looking to fill positions in our Polish, Strip & Etch and Clean Room departments.
Qualifications
Must be reliable, organized and have good communication skills. Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (12 hr shifts) and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly. Clean Room operators must be able suit up in Tyvek Clean Room Garment. Candidates should be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should be available to work all shifts (10-15% shift premium for night shifts).
We are currently working a compressed 24/7 work week, 12 hr. shifts, 3 days on/4 days off and vice versa.
Summary
As a Production Operator, you will be integral to the silicon wafer reclaim process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and adherence to quality standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role will involve performing duties as specified in work instructions and procedures to produce high-quality/yeild silicon wafers. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe work environment.
- Adhere to quality control standards and document production metrics as required.
