SALES ASSOCIATE
**JOB OVERVIEW**
We are seeking a charismatic and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and retail math. We are looking for someone committed and who would be able to help the business grow and expand.
**DUTIES**
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Welcome patients and create a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Process transactions accurately using retail math skills
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Demonstrates a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Shows genuine excitement about the brand, products, and helping customers.
- Commits to consistently performing tasks with diligence and attention to detail.
- Stays focused and productive even in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bilingual: FLUENT in English & SPANISH
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, AND Sundays
- Experienced in professionally answering and handling phone calls
- Capable of managing inquiries, resolving issues, and redirecting calls as needed.
- Presents a clean, stylish, and confident image that reflects the brand while, maintaining a professional and chic dress code in line with company standards.
