PACKAGING & PROCESSING

JOB SUMMARY:

• Pick and pack orders with consistent speed and accuracy
• Willingness to learn databases and inventory systems
• Convert sales and print invoices to prepare for picking
• Complete box assembly, packing, and labeling
• Manually take inventory of stock and restock supplies while maintaining high attention to detail
• Rotate stock and ensure area is clean, maintained, and up to date in accordance with the regulatory requirements
• Making tinctures, topicals, gummies and other concentrate products
• Running and maintaining equipment
• Maintain clean, orderly, and sanitary conditions, including floor and station maintenance
• Heavy focus on lab safety and cleaning
• Must participate in all required safety and materials training
• Properly track production data
• Must be able to manipulate small hand tools and power tools
• Must be able to maintain and use scale

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cannabis extraction production environment preferred
• Superior fine motor skills and hand eye coordination
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must possess focus and attention to detail
• Previous laboratory experience preferred, especially in a heavily regulated environment
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Math, English Language Reading and Writing ability
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Provided uniforms must be maintained and worn

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm with fluctuating overtime as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Manual dexterity
• Able and patience to do repetitive tasks
• Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools
• Lifting, bending, reaching
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to be on your feet for 75% of the day

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $17/hour depending on experience
• Benefits: Medical/dental/vision - eligible after 60 days of employment
