Who We Are Looking For
You have professional experience cleaning private homes and understand that residential cleaning is different from commercial cleaning.
You know how to move through a home efficiently without becoming careless.
You can walk into a kitchen or bathroom and understand where to begin. You know how to work through a checklist while still using your own eyes. You complete a final walkthrough because you care about what you leave behind.
You are also someone we can count on.
You arrive when you say you will. You communicate when something needs attention. You take responsibility when you make a mistake. You can receive feedback, make an adjustment, and keep moving forward.
We do not expect perfection. We do expect honesty, accountability, and a genuine desire to become better at your craft.
The Role
As part of the Pure Sweep team, you will:
- Care for recurring residential clients throughout Athens, Watkinsville, Bogart, Winterville, and Oconee County
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and detailed areas of the home
- Use Pure Sweep’s handcrafted products and established home care systems
- Follow individual care notes for each home
- Complete a final walkthrough before leaving
- Communicate clearly with the team when something needs attention
- Build familiarity with the homes and families in your care
- Represent Pure Sweep with professionalism, warmth, and respect

Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional residential house cleaning experience
- Experience cleaning private homes
- Reliable transportation
- Weekday daytime availability
- Ability to pass a background check
- Two professional references
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Comfort working independently inside private family homes
