THE ROLE
You will be the global leader in transforming our end-to-end Order Management (OM) processes. This is your chance to drive significant automation, optimization, and structural improvement across our entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Lead the Vision: Architect and implement scalable, efficient OM processes globally, focused on enhancing customer and stakeholder experience, and prepare for future company growth initiatives.
- Drive Transformation & Automation: Utilize process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) to identify, design, and implement major enhancements, including the roll-out of EDI, AI/RPA workflows, and other order automation tools.
- Own Business Process Management (BPM): Collaborate with OM business owners to document, maintain, and continuously evolve the global OM service catalog, policies, and workflows, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
- Influence & Coach: Indirectly lead, coach, and energize the Order Management team and key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales Ops, Finance, IT) through transformative change, acting as the OM project manager for strategic initiatives.
- Measure & Report: Define, baseline, and monitor key process health metrics (cost, quality, time) to improve overall process maturity and provide executive-level reporting on project status and transformational progress.
- Partner on Systems: Act as a critical liaison with IT teams, driving requirement creation and UAT for system enhancements, and partnering with the Order-to-Cash Process Manager on major ERP implementation efforts.
- Experience & Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience in Order Management, Global Operations, or Process Optimization/Excellence, with proven experience implementing order automation, EDI, or AI-enabled workflow tools.
- Process Certification: A required Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification, with Green Belt or higher preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Strong experience with Business Process Management (BPM), process design & mapping, cross-functional project management, and significant experience utilizing ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite).
- Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive large-scale transformation across diverse teams, and articulate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
