About the role
We’re hiring Water Filtration Installers/Technicians to join our growing team at Pure Southern Water. This role involves installing and servicing water softeners, whole-home filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units for residential customers. Ideal candidates have mechanical or trade experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical a plus), but we’re also open to training motivated, hard-working individuals.
Hourly Commissions Healthcare Retirement Company Vehicle
Guaranteed 40 Hours/week pay
Responsibilities:
- Perform water treatment installations accurately, following sales orders.
- Perform Water Heater installs per code, and maintain licenses
- Organize and maintain a clean service van, ensuring stock levels are managed.
- Complete all assigned service calls promptly.
- Adhere to respectful practices on customer property, including the use of booties and avoiding smoking.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing top-notch customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and complete paperwork diligently.
- Commitment to excellent workmanship and customer service.
- Ability to contribute to the company's growth by identifying additional sales opportunities.
- A keen eye for detail and respect for customer property and privacy.

Qualifications
- Must have AT LEAST a LLP (Limited Licensed Plumber) license
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Understand how to locate and use water main.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various installation environments.
- Familiarity with installation processes and techniques related to equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
