Pure Serenity Massage is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team! Established in 2010, our spa has a large, established client base and a convenient location adjacent to historic downtown Cedar Falls.
We offer a beautiful, state-of-the-art spa with comfortable treatment rooms and a team environment that combines professional excellence with a laid-back, fun atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping clients feel their best.
Looking primarily for weekend (9am-3pm) and weekdays (3pm-9pm) shifts. Day shift may be available depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized massage treatments based on each client’s needs, preferences, and health history.
- Discuss treatment goals and adjust pressure and techniques throughout each session.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and ready for appointments.
- Follow sanitation standards and maintain professional boundaries.
- Work collaboratively with therapists and reception staff to provide a welcoming, consistent client experience.
Qualifications
- Current Iowa massage therapy license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Knowledge of massage techniques and the ability to tailor treatments to individual clients.
- Commitment to client comfort, safety, and quality care.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
