I am currently engaged by a top-ranked Am Law firm to find a Senior Associate (5th - 8th Year) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in New York.

The Role:

• Focus: Heavy emphasis on complex joint ventures, real estate fund formation, equity structuring, and sophisticated acquisitions/dispositions.
• The Platform: A globally integrated, top-ranked Am Law firm with one of the largest geographical footprints in the world, offering a massive pipeline of institutional work and cross-border deal flow.
• Level: Senior Associate (Class of 2018 – 2021 equivalent).

The Ideal Candidate:

• You have 5 to 8 years of dedicated real estate experience at a major Am Law or international firm.
• You possess deep technical expertise in drafting and negotiating complex JV agreements (representing both capital and operating partners), handling preferred equity investments, and navigating real estate private equity matters.
• You are admitted to the New York State bar.
• You are a self-starter who excels at running deals autonomously and is looking for a clear, realistic runway to Partnership or Counsel within an elite framework.
