Pure Salt Studios Health & Wellness Spa is a unique wellness destination located in Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina on Hilton Head Island, SC. We offer guests a place to breathe, relax, and recharge through a variety of wellness experiences, including Himalayan Salt Room sessions, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge Therapy, Massage, Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, wellness retail, and special events.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, engaging, and dependable individual with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greet all guests in a prompt, enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional manner
- Create a warm and positive first impression for every guest who visits the spa
- Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
- Check guests in for services and sessions
- Process payments and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service
- Assist guests with questions about our services, packages, memberships, and retail products
- Prepare the Himalayan Salt Room for sessions and operate the halogenerator as needed
- Assist with preparing and maintaining the Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge areas
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
- Restock inventory and retail products
- Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and general spa upkeep
- Support special events, group bookings, and wellness experiences
- Build positive relationships with guests, community members, and local wellness professionals
- Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both local residents and visitors to Hilton Head Island
- Work collaboratively with massage therapists, instructors, practitioners, and other wellness professionals
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a busy, guest-focused environment
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness is preferred but not required
Certifications or experience in the wellness industry—such as yoga, massage therapy, fitness, meditation, or other wellness practices—are a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
This position is paid hourly, with the opportunity to earn tips.
Work Location:
One location — Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
This is an in-person position. Remote work is not available.
