Title: Engineered Services Manufacturing Lead
Direct reporting to: Director of Engineered Services
Compensation Range: DOQ
This position is classified as: Hourly, Non-Exempt; Full -Time
Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
- Physically pull material and palletize product for shipment.
- Create, issue, and manage ESG purchase orders for custom jobs/stock, site team needs and engineering.
- Request and collect quotes for non-inventory and custom fabricated items.
- Manage inventory levels and aisle in warehouse.
- Create parts in ERP system for all new SKUs.
- Coordinate internal receiving, job scheduling, and QC testing to meet critical project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal print department as needed for labels, signs, HLL registration plates etc.
- Coordinate shipment of all material for all jobs.
- Coordinate installation equipment as necessary with site reps including, calibration of load cells, crimpers, PPE equipment as well as purchase and distribution of tools when replacements/repairs are needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires some lifting, bending, reaching, and squatting throughout the shift while filing, sorting and moving product. Lifting 20 – 40 pounds. Sitting for some periods of time while performing administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements (must meet all requirements):
- Valid driver license.
- Reliable Transportation.
- 2 or more years of administrative experience.
- 2 or more years of ERP software experience (Preferred)
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel.
- Attention to Detail, Organizational and Data Entry Skills are a must.
