- Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety guidelines
- Understand and follow Food Safety Policies
- Ability to Pack on all Lines at the specified rate
- Ability to palletize and make boxes
- Ability to bend, scoop and stand for the entire shift
- Be able to complete paperwork as needed for position
- Train others as needed to increase their skill level
- Relieve others as needed, assist or fill in for Operators
- Ability to assist in other departments
- Ability to clean and organize work areas
