Full-Time Marketing Specialist, Job Description

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position - Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, 8 am to 5 pm with hour lunch.

The Marketing Director of PureWest and the Director of Operations in our Kalispell Headquarters office are the immediate supervisors. Position will be onsite at either the Kalispell office at 17 1st Ave E, Kalispell or our Missoula office at 101 Railroad St W, Missoula, depending on experience.

PureWest is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-driven Marketing Specialist to support our brokerage’s brand, agents, and company-wide marketing initiatives with a focus on digital marketing and communications. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

Job Requirements: Great communication skills, working knowledge of Adobe In-Design and Acrobat along with basic Microsoft Office programs, working knowledge of social media channels, customer service experience, willingness to work independently, proven integrity and trustworthiness, be able to complete requested tasks and projects in a timely fashion in order meet deadlines, be receptive to new ideas, and candid in the sharing of information, and be professional at all times.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and paid advertising
• Manage and grow the company blog (content writing, publishing, promotion)
• Build and distribute client-facing email newsletters
• Administer our Personal Marketing Assistant program for agents (custom marketing requests)
• Design marketing materials for digital and print
• Support the production of PureWest Magazine
• Coordinate internal communications and company campaigns
• Build and manage print and digital advertising

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of marketing and communications experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with social media management and paid ads
• Graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience with video creation, editing, and short-form social production is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.63 - $24.04 per hour
