Our Practice Manager's are responsible for patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, co-pay collection, insurance verification, and attending to any patient call to the clinic. Practice Manager Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Adhere to and abide by all HIPAA policies
- Show ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Careful and comprehensive approach to patient care
- Team player; be able to multi-task and help fellow colleagues when applicable
- Strong customer service skills and effective communicator
- Dependable, punctual, deliberate with work ethic
Desired Practice Manager Experience:
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Prior authorizations
- Co-pay collection and Understanding of deductibles
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1 year minimum experience working in medical office setting (preferred)
- Some level of experience with Electronic Medical Records and Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
