Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various flooring types.
- Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, organizing spaces, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery across all assignments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
