Job Description
Pure Pressure Power Washing is looking for a motivated and dependable Staining/Painting Technician to join our growing team.If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of fast-paced days that go by quickly, this is a great fit. This role primarily focuses on residential and commercial painting and staining, including prep work and surface protection. When painting or staining projects are not scheduled, team members are expected to jump in and assist with power washing duties to help keep operations running smoothly.
We are looking for employees who are self-motivated, dependable, and able to problem-solve independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail on the job site. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform painting and staining on residential and commercial properties
- Properly mask and protect homes, surfaces, and surrounding areas
- Operate painting and spraying equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete prep work and job site cleanup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Assist with power washing projects when painting/staining work is not scheduled
Requirements
- 3–5 years of painting experience
- Experience using paint sprayers and related equipment
- Knowledge of proper masking and surface protection techniques
- Valid driver’s license (must be valid without restrictions)
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Loveland, CO (your own vehicle not getting rides)
- (Crews dispatch from the shop in company vehicles)
- Clean motor vehicle record (no DUIs)
- Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement)
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours per day in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Updated painting references required
Preferred Qualifications
- Pressure washing experience (not required, but a plus)
Pay
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
