Job Summary
Pure Perfection Med Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector to join our team on a per diem basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled injector who is confident in providing safe, results-driven treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience and is knowledgeable in a variety of cosmetic treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, detail-oriented, personable, and aligned with a high standard of patient care, safety, and natural-looking results.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables safely and skillfully, following all protocols and medical guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including reviewing medical history, assessing facial anatomy, discussing treatment goals, and creating individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients thoroughly on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, contraindications, post-care instructions, and maintenance recommendations
• Chart all patient visits accurately and thoroughly in Mangomint or other EMR/software systems, including treatment details, consent, product usage, and follow-up plans
• Maintain strict infection control, sanitization, and safety procedures in accordance with industry regulations and best practices
• Recognize and appropriately respond to adverse events or complications, escalating concerns as needed and following emergency protocols
• Build strong rapport with patients by delivering an elevated, welcoming, and professional experience from consultation through follow-up
• Recommend complementary services, skincare, and treatment plans that align with patient goals and support optimal results
• Support retail sales through ethical product recommendations and patient education
• Take and organize before-and-after photos while maintaining proper patient consent and documentation
• Assist in practice growth through participation in marketing efforts, promotional events, patient retention initiatives, and community engagement
• Contribute to social media content when needed, including treatment education, before-and-after results, and practice visibility
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold the brand’s standard of care and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience required in a med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or cosmetic practice setting
• Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers is required
• Experience with additional treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, Kybella, Sculptra, Skinvive, Asclera, PRF/PRP, or other aesthetic services is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, assessment, aesthetic balance, and safe injection practices
• Ability to perform thorough consultations and communicate honestly and confidently about realistic outcomes
• Experience with Mangomint, Boulevard, or similar med spa software is highly preferred
• Excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and customer service
• Strong sales awareness with the ability to educate and guide patients toward appropriate treatment plans without being pushy
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team
• Social media familiarity is a plus, especially comfort participating in content creation or practice promotion
• Must maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the practice with warmth, integrity, and confidence

Schedule / Position Type

• Per diem / part-time as needed
• Candidate must be available to work every other Saturday
• Additional availability may include weekdays, occasional evenings, and other shifts based on patient demand and clinic needs
