Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. You’ll handle prescription verification, oversee compounding workflows, ensure medication safety and compliance, and collaborate with providers. You’ll work in a modern, fast-moving environment that values accuracy and teamwork over volume.
What You’ll Do
- Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy in preparation and labeling
- Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations
- Provide clinical insight on drug interactions and utilization
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient outcomes
- Oversee inventory and quality assurance processes
What We’re Looking For
- Pharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active Idaho pharmacist license
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compounding experience is a plus, but not required
