We are looking to bring on a new FULL-TIME Cultivation Plant Technician to join our team!
Job Summary:
The PG Group CultivationPlant Technician reports to the Section Leader to carry out and oversee the day-to-day operations and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle through hands on agricultural and custodial work. They should be able to effectively follow direction and instruction from Supervisors and perform their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Keep organized records of all activities performed as designated by their Section Cultivator
· Execute various cultivation related techniques precisely and consistently
· Assist in Irrigation/feeding, transplanting, moving plants, room setup and harvesting
· Conduct plant maintenance including pruning and training plants under direction of Section Cultivator
· Apply IPM treatments as assigned by the Section Cultivator
· Follow established SOP’s to maintain proper workplace sanitation
· Perform general maintenance of all equipment including calibration and the detection and reporting of equipment issues
· Follow established SOP’s and Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) under guidance of Section Cultivator
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Alert the Section Cultivator of any indication of potential pest or plant health problems
· Collect and submit plant samples for inspection by Section Cultivator to identify pests or plant health issues

· Must be 21 years of age.
- Cannot be a current licensed caregiver.
- Must pass a background check.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15-25 pounds at times.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour to start
