Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Burton, MI. Mortgage Loan Officers will be sourcing clients, recommending mortgage products, communicating with wholesalers and underwriters, collecting documents, and getting loans to close. You will be getting a mix of warm and cold leads for people that have opted in to be contacted by us regarding refinance and purchase options, or inbound calls directly from our marketing team.
Never worked in mortgages? No problem. We are looking for people with sales experience in any industry who care deeply about helping people.
Paid base commission, paid licensing and testing, paid education.
Qualifications
- Sales experience required, mortgage related sales experience preferred
- Proven excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using loan origination and financial software systems is a plus
- Must be able to pass federal background check
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
