Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to add to our sales team in driving revenue growth for our manufacturing company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key client relationships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing products in the supplement and cosmetic industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding market share and acquiring new clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
· Collaborate with production, marketing, and product development teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and customer needs.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and industry regulations.
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in the nutraceutical and cosmetic industries.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and market dynamics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze data and use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with B2B sales in manufacturing space.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
