What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Technician position at Pure Maintenance Wisconsin?

Seeking a detailed, intelligent technician for a start up mold remediation company. The most important skills required for this job are following and keeping track of multiple instructions, very careful attention to detail, organization, having common sense, being responsible. Each day, each house is a new project for which you will need to follow careful instructions. You must have the ability to learn new concepts. The job is niche in that the process we use is very specific to our company. You will need to read the directions, memorize them, and follow them.

The position mainly consists of using, understanding, and maintaining pressurized fog equipment, as well as both demolition and detailed cleaning. Confidence with power tools a plus but not require. This job requires physical labor such as cleaning in attics and crawlspaces, walking up and down stairs, cleaning various parts of homes. But there isn't a ton of heavy lifting. The job is fast-paced and there is typically a new situation each day.

You will need to be a clear communicator as you will be communicating with clients each day and be in their homes.

There is room for upward mobility at the company in wage and responsibilities for the right person.

A bonus with this position is that you will be have the knowledge and tools to eradicate mold from your house and your friend's and family's houses. Drivers license and citizenship required.

Start date is flexible for the right candidate. Can supplement your health insurance premium after 90 days.
