Pure Maintenance of Colorado utilizes patent-protected dry fog technology and a patented 2-step chemical process, in concert with IICRC S520 and NORMI protocols, to assess and remediate mold and biotoxins in residential and commercial buildings. This innovative approach ensures safe and effective treatment of harmful contaminants, safeguarding the health of occupants and the integrity of buildings. Our advanced methods offer a reliable solution for both residential and commercial properties.
What You'll Do
As a Mold Remediation Field Technician, you will:
- Set up containments and negative air pressure systems
- Complete contained demolition of affected building materials
- Perform detailed HEPA vacuuming, cleaning, and post-remediation wipe-downs
- Operate air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment
- Manage supplies and maintain clean, safe job sites and vehicles
- Use a smartphone and job software (HousecallPro) to follow scopes of work
- Document work with photos, notes, and checklists
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Work collaboratively with a small, high-performance team
- Where appropriate PPE for the job requirements (provided by the company)
This is a hands-on role where you'll regularly work in crawlspaces, attics, basements, and occasionally tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
-MOLD REMEDIATION EXPERIENCE
Not just demolition or water damage experience. You must know basics of containment, demolition, cleaning, and contamination control.
-FLUENCY IN ENGLISH
Required for reading work orders, using job software, and communicating with clients and our office.
-WORK AUTHORIZATION
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and have the associated identification/documentation.
-ABILITY TO DRIVE
A valid US driver license is required with zero at-fault incidents on your recent driving record (last 5 years).
-TECH COMPETENCE
You must be comfortable using:
- Smartphones
- Apps
- Digital documentation
- VOIP softphone calling
-PHYSICAL ABILITY
Lift 100 lbs, climb ladders, wear PPE, bend/crouch, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
-RELIABILITY
This position requires consistent attendance, follow-through, and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification (not required)
- Experience with HousecallPro or similar software
- IICRC/MICRO/NORMI certifications (WRT, CMI, CMRC, etc.)
- Customer service experience
- Construction or environmental services background
