Job Summary

Are you outgoing, energetic, and love creating fun experiences for people? We’re looking for a Photo Booth Attendant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social settings, enjoys working events, and delivers exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and breaking down our photo booth at various events across Southern California, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

  • Training pay: $20/hr for first 3-5 shadow events.
  • Standard pay: $25/hr after training.
  • Performance-based increase: Potential to earn $30 after 3 months with additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, set up, and break down the photo booth and related equipment.
  • Guest Engagement: Create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for event guests. Encourage participation and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Attire: Wear company-provided polo for casual events; formal attire required for weddings and upscale events.
  • Tech Operation: Operate and troubleshoot the photo booth system, ensuring high-quality photos.
  • Content Creation: Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos for social media (if comfortable).
  • Communication: Coordinate with clients and team members before and during events for seamless execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and handle any technical or guest-related issues confidently.
  • Travel: Be comfortable driving to events across Southern California (mileage & travel time paid).

Skills

  • Weekend Availability – Must be available at least 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month (primarily evening events).
  • Outgoing & Personable – Strong communication skills, confidence in engaging with guests, and an upbeat attitude.
  • Reliable Transportation – Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a vehicle large enough to fit photo booth equipment.
  • Punctual & Multi-Tasking – Must be reliable, on time, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Physical Capability – Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and set up equipment independently.
  • Tech-Savvy – Basic knowledge of camera settings and comfort with learning new software and updates.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to stay calm and adaptable in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Smartphone with Cellular Data – Required for internal communications and scheduling apps.
  • Willing to Travel – Comfortable driving to events across Southern California (mileage & travel time paid).

Bonus: Experience in photography, events, or content creation is a plus!
