What You’ll Do
- Expert Installation: Perform full installations of residential water treatment systems (softeners, filtration, RO systems).
- Field Problem Solving: Navigate various installation environments, including crawlspaces and tight utility closets.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage your own equipment stock to ensure you’re always ready for the next job.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide friendly, clear communication to homeowners.
- Flexibility: Be available for a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.
RequirementsNote: While we have a preferred system style, we are willing to train the right person on our specific equipment—provided you have the foundational plumbing skills.
- Plumbing Experience: Required. You must be confident in your pipe-fitting and residential plumbing knowledge.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to perform heavy lifting (brine tanks, media tanks) and work comfortably in crawlspaces.
- Equipment & Tools: You must possess your own reliable work vehicle, tools, and smartphone.
- Insurance: Must carry your own General Liability Insurance.
- Independence: We do not micromanage. You must be a self-starter who takes pride in high-quality workmanship without someone looking over your shoulder.
