Pure IV is a fast-growing mobile IV therapy company operating across multiple states — AZ, UT, NM, CO, NV, TX, ID, MT, and TN — As we continue expanding, we’re building strong, reliable nursing teams in key markets, and looking to grow a new team of nurses in Helena, MT!
We’re looking for Registered Nurses who are dependable, skilled, communicate clearly, and are ready for growth and leadership opportunities.
Our team operates under experienced RN leadership with medical oversight, structured clinical protocols, and integrated telemedicine as part of our care model.
The Role – 1099 RN Contractor
As a Mobile IV Nurse, you will travel to patients’ homes, hotels, and offices to administer IV therapy using Pure IV’s protocols.
Common client needs include hydration and wellness support for:
- Dehydration & fatigue
- Nausea
- Headaches & migraines
- Cold & flu symptoms
- Travel recovery / hangover support
- General wellness optimization
You’ll work independently in the field, while supported by our operations and clinical team.
Compensation – Simple 50/50 Split:
We keep pay straightforward:
- 50/50 revenue split per completed appointment
- Nurse purchases supplies (at cost)
- Pure IV covers scheduling, dispatch, marketing, operational support, NP approvals for all calls, and clinical oversight
More completed appointments = more income.
We prioritize volume for nurses who show up, communicate well, and perform consistently.

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (required)
- PALS (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong IV skills
- Professional bedside manner
