What You'll Do.
- Claims Assessment & Investigation: Investigate and evaluate bodily injury claims of minor complexity, ensuring accurate documentation, appropriate coverage determination, and timely claim resolution.
- Claim Resolution: Evaluate and negotiate settlements with third party, unrepresented claimants, and medical providers.
- Customer Service: Deliver first in class service to members and brokers, providing clear and timely updates during the claim. Address inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to bodily injury claims.
- Compliance: Ensure that all claims are handled with company policies, state regulations, and legal requirements.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of casualty, bodily injury claims, and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or relevant industry experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in claims handling, specifically involving the investigating and adjudication of personal automobile claims.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and manage challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
