As a vital member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of powders on our timed production line.

Job Description-
As a Fast-Paced Timed Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for:

- Operating and maintaining the timed production line for powder processing.
- Measuring and weighing precise amounts of powder according to production requirements.
- Ensuring the correct powder mixture and composition for optimal product quality.
- Releasing air from bags of powder in a fast and correct manner to prevent any disruptions in the production process.
- Utilizing manual techniques to efficiently remove air pockets, ensuring bags are adequately filled.
- Monitoring and adjusting equipment to maintain a consistent and smooth production flow.
- Conducting quality checks at regular intervals to identify any defects or deviations.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
- Following strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Troubleshooting and resolving minor issues that may arise during production.
- Assisting with packaging and labeling finished products for distribution.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and product integrity.

Requirements-

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in a fast-paced production environment, preferably in the powder industry.

Strong manual dexterity and ability to work extensively with hands to release air from bags quickly and efficiently.

Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Familiarity with industrial equipment and production line machinery.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight production schedules.

Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy containers of powder.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Basic understanding of safety guidelines and procedures.

Flexibility to work in shifts as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; degree in related field preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare products for deliveries
• Ability to place products / boxes on pallets at various heights and weights
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the warehouse

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment but it is climate controlled
• Noise level in this work environment is usually minimal
