We are currently hiring full-time Retail Sales Associates for retail initiatives in the Commack, NY area.
This is an entry-level position with paid training provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
- Identify customer needs and provide product and service information
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Support individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends, especially during training
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site
- Weekday and weekend availability required
Compensation & Benefits
